Obsolete Map Returns Procedure

• As of May 1st, 2003, NavCan will only accept a max of 10% returns of charts purchased. This will be strictly enforced by Map Connection.
• The "Updates" portion of this website contains information on new maps and the latest date of issue. This section is updated monthly.
• The portion of the obsolete chart with the name, date and item number showing must be removed and returned to Map Connection for credit within 30 days of becoming obsolete. The correct form on the next page must be filled out completely and sent in with the corners.
• We will process the maps and return them to the publisher for credit. Credit from the publishers takes about 2 months. We will then credit your account and send you a credit note.
• At the moment this credit process applies to Canadian topographic maps, Canadian aeronautical charts and (USA aeronautical charts for Canadian dealers only).
• If you require replacement maps please send a seperate order.
